Job summary

Hitachi Energy Ltd. seeks a Service Sales Manager to define and execute the Services Sales strategy in Saudi Arabia, leading the Country Services Sales team and aligning with global Hitachi Energy service approaches.

The role focuses on growing sustainable service revenues and maximizing installed base penetration across the service lifecycle. You will drive collaboration across the country’s sales network, manage budgets and planning, and build long-term customer relationships with key Saudi

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in electrical power, energy, and industry.
• Minimum 15 years of leadership experience in service sales for high voltage equipment and power transformers.
• Proven service sales leadership in an OEM with large installed base management.
• Experience leading service sales & marketing teams to achieve growth targets.
• Experience managing multi-product and multi-service portfolios across the service lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Define, lead, and execute the Services Sales strategy in Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and coach the Country Services Sales team for high performance.
• Collaborate across matrix organizations with Country, Hub, BU, and Global stakeholders.
• Identify, generate, and pursue new service business opportunities and partnerships.
• Drive IB-based lead generation and service contracts across lifecycle.
