Hitachi Energy Ltd. in Saudi Arabia seeks a HUB Digital amp HMAX Sales Manager to accelerate growth of HMAX Energy across the Hub by driving pipeline development and aligning local sales with global initiatives.

You will connect Global HMAX Energy with Hub service, country sales and delivery teams, acting as a commercial bridge to ensure market development and successful business growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Sales, Business or related field.
• 10+ years in sales, business development, account management or customer service in energy sector.
• Strong commercial acumen with experience in business development, technical sales or strategic account management.
• Solid understanding of digital solutions in energy industry.
• Proven ability to build, manage and influence stakeholder relationships.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to collaborate across countries, functions and boundaries.
• Strong verbal and written communication with impactful presentations.
• Self-motivated to lead initiatives without direct authority.
• Experience in matrix organizations and multicultural environments.

Responsabilités

• Drive HMAX Energy pipeline growth across the Hub by identifying new opportunities and supporting strategic pursuits.
• Monitor pipeline performance and actions to improve conversion and market expansion.
• Lead regional HMAX Energy initiatives aligned with global strategy and tailor campaigns to local needs.
• Serve as Hub's HMAX Energy SME, enabling sales teams through training and knowledge sharing.
• Increase market awareness and adoption of the HMAX Energy portfolio.
• Act as the commercial link between Global HMAX Energy, Hub orgs, country sales and delivery teams.
• Collaborate to develop integrated customer opportunities and align sales with delivery capabilities.
• Implement global HMAX sales programs, governance, processes, tools and KPIs in the Hub.
• Provide market feedback to improve offerings and commercial strategies.
