You will identify opportunities in the Saudi market, build strong client partnerships, present solutions, and coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
• Experience in Recruitment, Staffing, or Manpower Outsourcing preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
• Result-oriented with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Saudi Arabia market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Generate leads, conduct meetings and close business deals.
• Coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
• Represent the company in client meetings, networking events, and site visits.
