Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing or related field.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in BD, partnerships, or key account management.
• Established network across Saudi Arabia – mandatory.
• Proven track record of securing new clients and partnerships.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi business environment and procurement practices.
• Experience engaging with senior executives and procurement leaders.
• Arabic and English proficiency preferred.
• Ability to work independently and hit targets.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Saudi Arabian market.
• Leverage connections to generate qualified leads and establish client relationships.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior decision-makers and procurement teams.
• Present services and identify commercial opportunities with clients.
• Develop strategic partnerships across various industries.
• Manage a pipeline of prospective clients and opportunities.
• Support proposals, tender submissions, negotiations and contracts.
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities and industry trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor business solutions.
• Maintain relationships with existing clients for account growth.
• Prepare regular BD reports, pipeline updates and forecasts.
• Support achievement of BD targets and company growth objectives.
