Role Overview

The Business Development Manager Recruitment will be responsible for developing and executing sector-specific strategies to expand company's recruitment market footprint, secure strategic contracts, and build long-term client partnerships across Saudi Arabia and Middle East.

A highly motivated and commercially sharp business development expert with deep recruitment sector knowledge, strong client networks, and a proven ability to deliver sustainable growth within a competitive market landscape.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute growth recruitment strategies for healthcare, education, corporate and government sectors.
  • Identify, engage, and secure strategic contracts with private and public sector clients.
  • Lead the preparation of recruitment proposals, RFP responses, and contract negotiations.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders in the recruitment industry, ministries, and corporate clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide tailored solutions for recruitment and staffing needs.
  • Represent company at recruitment and staffing expos, industry conferences, and business councils.
  • Achieve defined KPIs, including revenue targets, client acquisition goals, and operational success metrics.
  • Stay informed on recruitment trends, labor market regulations, and industry best practices.
  • Mentor and support junior business development executives in recruitment functions.
  • Report directly to the CEO.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • MBA preferred.
  • 10-15 years of business development experience in recruitment within Saudi Arabia.
  • Proven success in securing large-scale recruitment and staffing contracts.
  • Strong understanding of KSA labor laws, Saudization policies, and recruitment industry trends.
  • Fluent in Arabic and English; both verbal and written communication are a must.
