Job summary

One Vasco is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead and manage our Sales Business Development efforts for the Saudi Arabia market, based in Riyadh. This role demands a strategic thinker with the experience of working with manpower recruitment companies handling international hiring for Saudi Arabia, alongside strong leadership and client-development skills.

You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy, drive revenue growth, and expand our client base.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
7–10 years of progressive experience in Sales/Business Development.
2–3 years in a management or supervisory role.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage Sales Business Development initiatives for the Saudi Arabia market based in Riyadh.
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth.
Expand client base and manage relationships with manpower recruitment providers for international hiring in Saudi.
Coordinate with recruitment agencies, employers, and government stakeholders to ensure seamless mobilization.
Ensure compliance with Saudi regulations and documentation requirements across source countries.
