Job summary

Soundlines Group in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced Business Development Executive to drive new business, manage client relationships, and expand our presence across key industries with a focus on recruitment, staffing, and manpower outsourcing.

You will identify opportunities in the Saudi market, build strong client partnerships, present solutions, and coordinate with recruitment and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in Business Development / Sales.
• Experience in Recruitment, Staffing, or Manpower Outsourcing preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple clients.
• Result-oriented with strong business acumen.

Responsibilities
