Job summary

Sword Group seeks an experienced Software Sales Consultant to expand IT services and digital transformation business across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role requires a hunter mentality, strong relationships with public and private sector decision-makers, and a proven ability to close IT services and software deals.

You will manage the complete sales lifecycle, collaborate with technical teams, and drive revenue growth across government and enterprise accounts in KSA.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years field sales in Saudi Arabia.
• 5+ years selling IT services, software solutions, or digital transformation.
• Experience selling to public and private sector in KSA.
• Proven track record closing medium-to-large deals.
• Strong understanding of Saudi business environment and procurement.
• Existing network of decision-makers in government and large enterprises.
• CRM experience for lead and accounts management.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Identify and close new business opportunities across government and enterprise accounts in Saudi Arabia.
• Drive sales of IT services, software solutions, cloud, digital transformation, data & consulting offerings.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
• Develop winning customer solutions with delivery teams.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
• Participate in government tenders, RFPs, and procurement processes.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and technology decision-makers.
• Expand the sales pipeline leveraging existing networks.
