A leading technology solutions provider is seeking a Head of Sales to drive commercial growth across its cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and digital transformation portfolios in Saudi Arabia. This role requires strong expertise in solution-based selling and leading high-performing teams. The candidate will define sales strategies, drive revenues across enterprise sectors, and foster relationships with clients to promote digital transformation aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role within ICT or technology solutions.
  • Proven success in selling cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions.
  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).

Head of Sales – Technology Solutions (Saudi Arabia)

One of our clients, a leading technology solutions provider in Saudi Arabia, is seeking a Head of Sales to drive commercial growth across its cloud, artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and digital transformation portfolios.

This senior leadership role requires strong expertise in solution-based selling and the ability to scale revenues across enterprise, SME, and public sector clients. The successful candidate will lead and inspire a high-performing sales organization, define strategic go-to-market initiatives, and position the company as a trusted digital transformation partner aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy
  • Define and execute the overall sales strategy across cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and consulting services.

  • Lead, mentor, and scale a results-driven sales team to exceed revenue and growth targets.

  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies in collaboration with global Tier-1 technology partners.

  • Establish sales KPIs, performance tracking, and reporting frameworks.

Business Development & Market Expansion
  • Drive revenue growth across enterprise, SME, and government sectors.

  • Manage full sales cycles from pipeline development through negotiation and deal closure.

  • Act as a trusted advisor to C-level stakeholders, promoting digital transformation as a business enabler.

  • Expand market presence through strategic alliances and partnerships.

Client & Partner Management
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and strategic partners.

  • Collaborate with cloud and technology vendors to deliver integrated, value-driven solutions.

  • Oversee high-quality proposals, tenders, and RFP responses.

Sales Operations & Enablement
  • Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, and sales performance reporting.

  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and evolving client needs.

  • Work closely with technical, marketing, and delivery teams to ensure customer success.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Computer Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).

  • Minimum 10 years of sales experience, including 4+ years in a senior leadership role within ICT or technology solutions.

  • Proven success in selling cloud, AI, cybersecurity, and enterprise solutions.

  • Strong leadership experience building and managing high-performing sales teams.

  • Established network across Saudi Arabias enterprise, SME, and public sector markets.

  • Strong understanding of solution-based selling and digital transformation initiatives.

  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written).
