Namaa is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive commercial growth in Saudi Arabia. You will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic relationships with food production and manufacturing businesses, and secure customers and development opportunities.

You will expand Namaa’s presence in the Saudi market by understanding prospective customers’ industrial real estate requirements and converting them into leasing opportunities and build-to-suit developments.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of overall professional experience, with about 5–7 years in business development or commercial roles.
• Proven track record of generating new business, developing strategic accounts and closing commercial deals.
• Experience in industrial real estate, commercial leasing, property development, industrial B2B sales or related sectors.
• Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills and ability to manage complex sales cycles.
• Experience engaging senior decision-makers and building long-term business relationships.
• Strong understanding of the Saudi business environment, with an established network across relevant industries preferred.
• Strong communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, develop new business opportunities and take ownership of commercial outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across Saudi Arabia, targeting food manufacturers, processors, FMCG companies, distributors and cold-chain operators.
• Proactively identify and engage prospective customers, develop a qualified business pipeline, and convert opportunities into signed commercial agreements.
• Build relationships with senior decision-makers across operations, supply chain, manufacturing, real estate and executive leadership to understand facility requirements and growth plans.
• Research the Saudi food manufacturing and industrial real estate landscape, identifying growth sectors, prospective customers, market demand and opportunities for expansion.
• Identify businesses requiring new or expanded production facilities and explore build-to-suit developments aligned with customer needs.
• Lead customer discussions, prepare commercial proposals and negotiate leasing terms with internal stakeholders.
• Develop a strong local network of industry contacts, brokers, consultants, industrial stakeholders and other partners to generate opportunities.
• Work with real estate, development, engineering, finance and legal teams to assess requirements and progress opportunities toward closure.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, track opportunities and conversion rates, and report progress against targets.
