Qualifications

• 5+ years of business development experience in Saudi Arabia's industrial/construction contracting sector.
• Proven track record of securing industrial or construction projects.
• Established relationships with industrial clients, developers, EPC contractors, consultants, and decision-makers.
• Strong understanding of Saudi Arabia's contracting market, tendering procedures, and procurement processes.
• Experience pursuing and securing projects valued between SAR 5 million and SAR 30 million.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue upcoming industrial, infrastructure, and contracting projects across Saudi Arabia.
• Develop and maintain relationships with project owners, developers, EPC contractors, consultants, and clients.
• Identify tender opportunities, subcontracting packages, and direct contracting opportunities.
• Generate qualified project leads and maintain a healthy project pipeline.
• Lead business development from initial client engagement through negotiations and award.
