Absal Paul Contrcating is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the full human resources function for a large workforce in Saudi Arabia. The role requires a Saudi national with strong HR management experience in construction, capable of overseeing welfare administration, regulatory compliance, recruitment, and HR processes across senior management to labour resources.

You will ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law, Saudization, Nitaqat, Qiwa, GOSI and Muqeem, coordinate with government

Formación

• Saudi national with strong HR management experience in construction or contracting.
• Thorough knowledge of Saudi Labour Law, Saudization/Nitaqat, and government platforms.
• Experience managing HR for a large workforce (~1,500 employees) across multiple roles.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, HRCI) is an added advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage recruitment onboarding and payroll coordination.
• Oversee manpower planning to recruit and deploy resources per project needs.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi Labour Law and government requirements.
• Manage employee welfare, site HR administration, and labour accommodation.
• Maintain employee records, contracts iqama, leaves, salary, and related compliance.
• Coordinate with Government Relations for visas iqama and work permits.
• Support Saudization and develop long-term workforce strategy.
• Prepare HR reports for senior management on manpower, welfare, risks.
• Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters per policy.
