Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (bilingual) required.
• Experience managing mixed-nationality workforces and government interfaces in KSA.
• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end Talent Acquisition, including bulk recruitment for front-line retail roles and pipeline maintenance.
• Oversee KSA compliance: Saudization quotas, contracts on Qiwa, Iqama/visas via Muqeem, and Saudi Labor Law adherence.
• Handle onboarding, induction, HR administration (offers, contracts, certificates), and structured offboarding/final settlements.
• Serve as primary point of contact for employee grievances, engagement initiatives, and local policy guidance.
• Verify payroll data and support performance appraisals.
