You will implement sales strategies, own revenue targets, and build strong customer relationships with clinicians, laboratories, hospitals, and government bodies. You will translate market insights into a focused three-year plan, coach sales professionals, and collaborate across divisions to deliver exceptional customer value

Qualifications

• Strong commercial leadership in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf.
• Proven ownership of a significant revenue target, P&L, or country operation.
• Experience in diagnostics, life sciences, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, and medical devices.
• Strong government, strategic-account, tender, and channel-management experience.
• English required; Arabic strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define country strategy. Align Saudi growth with Vision 2030 and healthcare strategy.
• Own revenue, margin, forecast accuracy, pipeline quality, pricing, and market share.
• Lead strategic accounts; build executive relationships with major public and private customers.
• Move customer relationships from transactional to long-term, and drive growth across portfolios.
• Shape government and market access, and ensure compliance and execution.
