Kafou Medical is seeking a National Sales Manager for General Lab and Life Science to lead a high-performing sales organization in Saudi Arabia. The role requires building strategic relationships, driving growth across the region, and ensuring disciplined execution from opportunity to collection.

The successful candidate will manage government and private accounts, develop market segmentation, and coach a multi-brand sales team to deliver sustainable profitability across SA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of relevant commercial experience with strong national accounts.
• Proven ability to lead and grow large cross-functional sales teams.
• Experience with government and public-sector accounts, especially in Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the General Lab and Life Science sales teams across Saudi Arabia.
• Achieve national sales and profitability targets with disciplined execution.
• Establish territories, account responsibilities and targets for each team member.
• Maintain national awareness of major government, private, university and biotech accounts.
• Develop national market segmentation and a qualified pipeline for the region.
• Coordinate with Finance, Logistics and Regulatory teams to ensure smooth sales cycles.
