Job summary

Rentokil Boecker in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Customer Success Telesales professional to manage customer interactions, support retention, and drive renewals. You will work with internal teams and external stakeholders to safeguard revenue and improve service delivery.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in customer success or telesales, strong communication and telephone selling skills, and fluency in English and Arabic. A Bachelor's degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• At least 1 year in customer success, telesales, inside sales, customer service, or account management.
• Strong communication and telephone selling skills; fluency in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer contacts to strengthen relationships and drive retention.
• Support branches for retention, renewals, and revenue growth via upselling.
• Identify and resolve customer complaints within timelines.
• Alert account management to revive at-risk accounts.
• Provide recommendations to branches for improvement.
• Conduct regular reviews and terminate non-revival accounts.
• Analyze data to improve month-on-month performance; share monthly dashboards with analyses.
