Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field is preferred.
• 1 year of experience in customer success, telesales, inside sales, customer service or account management.
• Strong command of English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Support branches for retention, renewals and up-selling to increase revenue.
• Identify and resolve customer complaints within defined timelines.
• Identify alerts and revive dormant accounts.
• Provide recommendations to branches for improvement and conduct regular reviews.
• Analyze data to improve month-on-month performance and share dashboards with insights.
