Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of relevant sales experience within the IT industry.
• Proven track record in building and leading a diverse high-performance sales teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience navigating in dynamic and virtual organizations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow Check Point business in Saudi Arabia.
• Focus on new customer acquisition and growing the channel ecosystem through development of enterprise and sales channels.
• Enhancing the performance of the current distributors, VARs and extending the market coverage through additional partners.
• Building strong engagement and relationship with clients and business partners by executing go-to-market strategy programs and through account mapping and planning.
• Managing pipeline generation and accurate forecasting including new solutions, projects, renewals and refresh.
• Ongoing mentoring and development of the sales team including recruiting, onboarding and training new sales representatives.
• Develop Check Point expertise in the market.
• Develop local market intelligence and competitive take-out.
