Job summary

proven-sa is seeking a Country Manager/GM in Riyadh to lead and scale its IT and cybersecurity business across Saudi Arabia. The role requires hands-on leadership, direct revenue generation, and the development of large enterprise and government accounts.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in IT/cybersecurity sales and leadership, with strong channel and partner ecosystem experience, and a proven ability to build a high-performing local organization compliant with local regulations.

Qualifications

• 8–10 years in IT or Cybersecurity sales & management
• 3+ years in senior leadership or country management
• Deep knowledge of cybersecurity and ICT trends
• Strong understanding of channel sales and partner ecosystems
• Proven leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the Saudi Arabia business strategy aligned with global objectives
• Lead sales, channel development and close large enterprise/government deals
• Manage regional vendors, product launches, and partner enablement
• Build and mentor a high-performing cross-functional team and ensure compliance
• Engage with authorities to ensure regulatory compliance and Saudization strategy
