Enterprise Tech Client in Riyadh seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant to support production operations and continuous improvement in a large enterprise environment. The role emphasizes L2/L3 production support and incident management, with hands-on configuration of PMGM components for live environments.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, certification, and fluency in Arabic and English, with AMS exposure and ITIL familiarity.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Mandatory SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong L2/L3 production support and incident management.
• Hands-on configuration of Performance Forms, Goal Plans, Route Maps, Rating Scales and Calibration.
• Experience with Continuous Performance Management (CPM), Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and Business Rules.
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and SLA management.
• Experience supporting enterprise-level HR and talent management environments.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and incident management for SAP SuccessFactors PMGM.
• Contribute to operations and continuous improvement in a large enterprise environment.

I'm currently looking to connect with experienced SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) Consultants for an opportunity supporting a large-scale enterprise environment.

This position is focused on production support, operations and continuous improvement, rather than purely project implementation.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
• SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification (mandatory)
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Strong experience in L2/L3 production support and incident management
• Hands-on configuration of Performance Forms, Goal Plans, Route Maps, Rating Scales and Calibration
