RiDiK, a subsidiary of CLPS, is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Support Consultant in Riyadh. You will provide L2/L3 production support for PMGM, manage incidents, and assist with quarterly releases and system enhancements. Fluency in Arabic and English is required to communicate with HR and vendors.

The role demands strong knowledge of PMGM modules, incident and RCA processes, and ITIL-compliant change governance. Immediate joiners preferred.

Formación

• 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors PMGM experience.
• L2/L3 production support experience.
• Valid SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; speaking and reading Arabic mandatory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP SuccessFactors PMGM.
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within SLAs.
• Support annual performance review and goal-setting cycles.
• Configure and maintain Performance Forms, Goal Plans, Route Maps, Rating Scales, Competencies, and Calibration.
• Perform RCA and resolve recurring issues.
• Support quarterly releases, regression testing, and system enhancements.
• Work with HR stakeholders, SAP, and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
• Manage incident reporting, SLA dashboards, SOPs, and documentation.
• Ensure ITIL processes and change governance.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Support Consultant with 6+ years of experience in production support, incident management, and enhancements. Candidates must hold a valid SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification and be fluent in Arabic and English, including speaking and reading Arabic.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM).
• Resolve incidents, service requests, and defects within agreed SLAs.
• Support annual performance review and goal-setting cycles.
• Configure and maintain Performance Forms, Goal Plans, Route Maps, Rating Scales, Competencies, and Calibration.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and resolve recurring issues.
• Support quarterly releases, regression testing, and system enhancements.
• Work with HR stakeholders, SAP, and third-party vendors to resolve issues.
• Manage incident reporting, SLA dashboards, operational documentation, and SOPs.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL processes, change management, and operational governance.

Mandatory Skills

• 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in PMGM production support and operations.
• Valid SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification.
• Fluent in Arabic and English; Arabic speaking and reading skills are mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of Goal Management, Performance Management, Calibration, RBP, Business Rules, MDF Objects, Reporting, and Employee Central integration.
• Experience in Incident Management, Problem Management, SLA Management, and RCA.

Preferred Qualifications

• Dialog or SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
• ITIL Foundation Certification.
• Experience supporting large-scale HR and Talent Management environments.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
