Job summary

Salt is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant for a production-support focus in Saudi Arabia. The role covers operations, incident management and continuous improvement in a large enterprise environment, with hands-on configuration of PMGM elements. Proficiency in Arabic and English, plus AMS exposure, is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
• PMGM Certification is mandatory.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Experience in L2/L3 production support and incident management.
• Hands-on configuration of Performance Forms, Goal Plans, Route Maps, Rating Scales and Calibration.

Responsibilities

• Provide production support and rapid incident resolution in live SAP SuccessFactors environments.
• Deliver ongoing enhancements and optimizations to AMS-managed environments.
• Collaborate with AMS teams, HR stakeholders and IT to ensure service levels and improvements.

SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Consultant | Saudi Arabia

I'm currently looking to connect with experienced SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals Management (PMGM) Consultants for an opportunity supporting a large-scale enterprise environment.

This position is focused on production support, operations and continuous improvement, rather than purely project implementation.

Key Requirements:

• 6+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience
• SAP SuccessFactors PMGM Certification (mandatory)
• Fluent in Arabic and English (mandatory)
• Strong experience in L2/L3 production support and incident management
• Hands-on configuration of Performance Forms, Goal Plans, Route Maps, Rating Scales and Calibration
• Experience with Continuous Performance Management (CPM), Role-Based Permissions (RBP) and Business Rules
• Strong understanding of ITIL processes and SLA management
• Experience supporting enterprise-level HR and talent management environments

Ideally, you'll have a background in SAP SuccessFactors Application Management Services (AMS), with experience supporting live environments, troubleshooting complex issues and delivering ongoing enhancements.
