Job summary

Squadio is seeking a SAP Technical Expert to enhance customer experiences on our Marketplace platform in Riyadh. The role requires SAP Hybris and SAP S/4HANA experience and Arabic language proficiency, with a renewable 12-month contract and on-site work in Riyadh, KSA.

The candidate will analyze customer feedback, define KPIs like NPS and CSAT, and design improvements for service experiences while documenting best practices for excellence in customer experience management.

Qualifications

• Arabic speaker required.
• Proven experience with SAP Hybris.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Responsibilities

• Enhance the overall experience of customers with Marketplace platform before the implementation of new services.
• Detailed profiles of different customer segments, including demographics, behaviors, needs, and preferences.
• Analysis of customer feedback collected through surveys, reviews, and other channels.
• Reports highlighting key themes, trends, and areas for improvement based on customer feedback.
• Actionable plans for addressing identified issues and enhancing various aspects of the customer experience.
• Definitions and tracking of KPIs related to customer experience, such as NPS, CSAT, CES.
• Design of new or improved service experiences, including prototypes or pilot programs.
• Strategies and programs designed to enhance customer retention and build long-term loyalty.
• Documentation of best practices and guidelines for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
