Job summary

Eram Talent is seeking experienced SAP Functional & Technical Consultants to support SAP implementation, transformation, integration, enhancement, and support initiatives across SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP SuccessFactors, and SAP Ariba. You will collaborate with stakeholders, functional and technical teams, and partners to design SAP solutions and ensure reliable integration and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 5+ years of relevant SAP experience required, depending on role and specialization.
• Strong understanding of SAP business processes and end-to-end integration.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, enhancement, and support projects.
• Configure and customize SAP solutions based on business and process requirements.
• Develop functional specifications, technical specifications, solution designs, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with business users to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP transformation initiatives.
• Work with SAP SuccessFactors modules and/or SAP Ariba solutions as applicable.

The successful candidates will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and implementation partners to understand business requirements, design SAP solutions, deliver enhancements, and ensure reliable integration and ongoing system performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, upgrade, enhancement, and support projects.
• Configure and customize SAP solutions based on business and process requirements.
• Develop functional specifications, technical specifications, solution designs, and supporting documentation.
• Collaborate with business users and process owners to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Support SAP S/4HANA and RISE with SAP transformation initiatives.
• Work with SAP SuccessFactors modules and/or SAP Ariba solutions as applicable to the role.

• Experience working in SAP implementation, transformation, rollout, or support environments.
• Good understanding of SAP configuration, customization, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a project environment.

Technical Skills

Depending on the specialization, experience with relevant SAP technologies and tools such as SAP BTP, APIs, integration technologies, Fiori/UI5, ABAP, SAP Cloud Integration, middleware, data migration tools, and SAP analytics will be an advantage.
