Job summary

A leading solutions firm is seeking an experienced SAP HCM Consultant for a 5-month contract with potential for extension. The ideal candidate will possess bilingual abilities in English and Arabic, alongside expertise in SAP HCM and Success Factors. You will work closely with Saudi clients to facilitate understanding of business processes and drive effective communication.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years of experience in HCM and Success Factors.
• Bilingual in English and Arabic is required.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Saudi clients to explain processes and details on SF.
• Understand and support their business processes.

Position: SAP HCM Consultant ( Success Factor is Must )

Location: Dammam , KSA

Duration: 5 months + Possible Extension / Fulltime Permanent

Bilingual -> English + Arabic

Ø HCM + SF - > added advantage ( 5 - 6 Years )
