Job summary

HCLTech is seeking an experienced SAP HC/SuccessFactors Consultant to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Human Capital Management (HCM) processes using SAP SuccessFactors solutions. The role collaborates with HR stakeholders to streamline workforce management, talent management, recruitment, performance, learning, and lifecycle processes in alignment with HR strategies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in SAP HCM and/or SAP SuccessFactors consulting.
• Experience implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules end-to-end.
• Strong understanding of core HR and talent management processes.

Responsibilities

• Gather HR requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business needs.
• Lead workshops with stakeholders to define future-state HR processes.
• Support implementation, enhancements, and transformation initiatives across HR functions.
• Configure and optimize employee lifecycle, org management, recruitment, onboarding, performance and talent management processes.
• Ensure integration between SuccessFactors and other ERP systems.
• Prepare functional specs and support development activities.
• Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Support data migration, validation, and deployment activities.
• Develop user documentation and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement.

The role will work closely with HR stakeholders to streamline workforce management, talent management, recruitment, performance management, learning, and employee lifecycle processes while ensuring alignment with organizational HR strategies and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze HR business requirements and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
• Configure and support SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business needs.
• Lead workshops and stakeholder discussions to define future-state HR processes.
• Support implementation, enhancement, and transformation initiatives across HR functions.
• Configure and optimize employee lifecycle, organizational management, recruitment, onboarding, performance, and talent management processes.
• Ensure integration between SuccessFactors and other enterprise applications.
• Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend SAP best-practice solutions.
• Prepare functional specifications and support technical development activities.
• Lead testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Support data migration, data validation, and system deployment activities.
• Develop user documentation and conduct end-user training sessions.
• Provide post-go-live support and continuous process improvement recommendations.

Experience Required

• Strong understanding of core HR and talent management processes.
• Experience in HR transformation and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience working with global HR teams and business stakeholders.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, Management, or a related discipline.
