Responsibilities

Manage and resolve incidents across SuccessFactors modules with minimal HR disruption.
Prioritize incident tickets and coordinate with stakeholders.
Provide functional support for SAP Payroll and Time Management incidents.
Diagnose technical issues and data discrepancies reported by users.
Develop solutions to reduce downtime and meet SLAs.
Document configurations and test scripts; ensure quality deliverables.
