Job summary

Mozn is hiring a Salesforce Support Analyst to optimize our Salesforce platform for Sales Cloud, govern data, and support GTM teams in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on user adoption, process automation, and driving reliable reporting across the organization.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of Salesforce experience, certification in progress or completed, and fluency in English and Arabic to communicate with global and regional stakeholders. Saudi nationals prioritized, on-site work expected.

Qualifications

• Experience driving user adoption of a system or platform.
• 1-3 years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud).
• Salesforce Administrator Certification is required or in progress.
• Strong understanding of data models, permissions, and security.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Arabic.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain Salesforce configuration including users, profiles, and permissions.
• Administer data imports, cleansing, and deduplication for accuracy.
• Monitor usage, adoption, and performance; identify improvements.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards for sales performance.
