Qualifications

• 12+ years of Salesforce experience.
• 2+ years in Lead Consultant/Lead Architect.
• Experience leading client-facing discussions and workshops.
• Strong Salesforce solution design and architecture.
• Translating business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Experience with backlog ownership and Agile delivery.
• Experience coordinating offshore delivery teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent presentation skills and ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations to understand business requirements.
• Lead discovery workshops with stakeholders.
• Translate requirements into Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Own and drive solution design aligned with objectives.
• Provide architectural and functional leadership through delivery lifecycle.
• Own and manage product backlog with priorities and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate offshore development and delivery teams.
• Act as main contact between client and delivery teams.
• Support reviews, design decisions, and issue resolution.
• Communicate complex Salesforce solutions clearly to stakeholders.
