The role emphasizes Sales Cloud and Service Cloud expertise, strong workshop facilitation, and excellent communication with senior stakeholders as you translate business needs into scalable Salesforce architectures.

Qualifications

12+ years of Salesforce experience.
2+ years in a Lead Consultant / Lead Architect capacity.
Experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Responsibilities

Lead client conversations to understand business requirements and objectives.
Facilitate discovery workshops with business and tech stakeholders.
Translate requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Own and drive solution design, aligned with Salesforce best practices.
Provide architectural leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Own the product backlog, including user stories and acceptance criteria.
Coordinate with offshore delivery teams to ensure clear understanding of designs.
Serve as the primary liaison between client stakeholders and delivery teams.
Support solution reviews and design decisions; resolve delivery challenges.
Communicate complex Salesforce solutions clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
