Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an experienced enterprise sales professional in Riyadh to drive ACV for Slack within Enterprise and Commercial segments. You will navigate complex opportunities, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and close deals while ensuring customer success.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of full-cycle SaaS sales in Saudi Arabia, fluency in Arabic and English, and a proven ability to build relationships and identify customer needs.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of full-cycle sales experience in SaaS, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
• Ambitious, driven to achieve goals.
• Excellent spoken and written communication in English and Arabic.
• Strong ability to identify customer needs and deepen relationships.
• Flexible, adaptive and resilient.
• Based in Saudi Arabia and eligible to work.

Responsibilities

• Drive ACV within the Enterprise and Commercial segments by creating, navigating, and closing opportunities, and making our customers successful with Slack.
• Provide recommendations based on discovery of a customer’s business needs.
• Lead multiple customers simultaneously at various stages of the Slack buying cycle.
• Drive revenue through execution of consistent processes and use of sales tools.
• Balance inbound customer communication and advance appropriately.
• Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas.

What you will be doing:

What you should have:

• 7+ years of meaningful full-cycle sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in SaaS
• You are ambitious and driven to achieve goals
• Articulate and poised with a clear and concise spoken and written communication style
• You take an active interest in opportunities and deepen customer relationships
• You have a proven track record of identifying customer needs
• You are flexible, adaptive, and resilient
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Must be based in Saudi Arabia
• Degree or equivalent proven experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on the core proficiencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
