Job summary

Confidential is seeking a Sales Supervisor in Riyadh to lead and motivate the sales team to meet targets. You will guide daily activities, prepare performance reports, and develop field strategies to grow market share.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business Administration or Marketing.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Sales Supervisor or in a similar role.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the food industry (FMCG).
• Experience in leading sales teams.
• Good leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
