Merchandising Supervisor

Job summary

Al Rashed Food Company is seeking a proactive Merchandiser to ensure strategic product placement and maintain shelf visibility across assigned outlets in Riyadh. You will implement POS materials, coordinate seasonal displays, and monitor stock levels to support sales targets.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in FMCG merchandising with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in bakery, dairy, or fresh foods is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of merchandising experience in FMCG or food manufacturing.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in bakery, dairy, frozen foods, or fresh food products preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper product placement according to approved planograms.
• Maintain excellent shelf visibility, facings, and product availability.
• Ensure all POS materials, displays, and promotional materials are correctly implemented.
• Monitor shelf share and maximize brand visibility in all assigned outlets.
• Coordinate seasonal displays and promotional campaigns.
• Minimize product returns and wastage.
• Ensure daily stock replenishment at retail outlets.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to maintain product availability.
• Support the sales team in achieving monthly sales targets.
• Identify opportunities for additional shelf space and secondary displays.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and retail staff.
• Analyze merchandising performance and recommend corrective actions.

Education

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field
