Job summary

MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group, supporting Saudi Arabia’s power infrastructure with locally engineered electrical products.

The role focuses on developing sales opportunities via the Etimad Platform, managing tenders, preparing commercial submissions, and building relationships with government and industrial clients in Riyadh. You will monitor bids, coordinate with internal teams, produce regular tender status reports, and pursue new business

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or tender management.
• Hands-on experience with the Etimad Platform.
• Good understanding of government tenders, bidding procedures, and commercial submissions.
• Proficient in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop sales opportunities through the Etimad Platform.
• Monitor and review government tenders and identify relevant business opportunities.
• Prepare and coordinate tender submissions, quotations, and required commercial documents.
• Follow up on bids, proposals, and tender requirements to ensure timely submission.
• Coordinate with internal departments to collect technical and commercial information required for tenders.
• Maintain accurate records of sales opportunities, tenders, and customer information.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and relevant stakeholders.
• Follow up with customers throughout the sales cycle and support contract award processes.
• Prepare regular sales and tender status reports for management.
• Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tender deadlines.
• Good command of Arabic and English.
