MEMF Electrical Industries Co. is the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group in Riyadh, delivering locally engineered electrical products to utility and industrial clients.

We are seeking an experienced Finance Leader to oversee all accounting operations and drive financial performance. You will manage GL, AP, AR, budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, audits, and internal controls, mentored by senior management, with opportunities to transform processes and enable strategic decisions in a

Qualifications

• 10-15 years of experience in accounting and finance leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certification preferred.
• CPA, CMA, ACCA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong expertise in financial reporting, controllership, and tax regulations.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
• Proven leadership and people-management skills; ability to mentor staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, Billing, Cost, Inventory and Revenue Recognition.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Prepare accurate and timely monthly financial statements.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Monitor financial performance and provide actionable insights.
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial transactions and reports.
• Oversee cash flow and working capital management.
• Ensure timely statutory, regulatory and tax reporting.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage internal and external audit activities.
• Develop and strengthen internal controls and accounting policies.
• Drive process improvements and finance automation.
• Oversee inventory valuation, cost accounting, and revenue recognition.
• Prepare financial analysis and management reports.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounting team.
• Identify financial risks and implement appropriate mitigation controls.
• Support senior management in strategic financial decisions.

• Smart energy meters
• LV & MV instrument transformers
• LV & MV switchgear solutions (up to 36 kV)

Key Responsibilities:
