Job summary

MEMF Electrical Industries Co, the industrial arm of KFB Holding Group in Riyadh, is seeking a seasoned HR Business Partner to align HR strategy with business objectives and lead key HR initiatives across the organization. The role requires 9–12 years in progressive HR roles, strong workforce planning, talent management and employee relations capabilities, and fluency in English and Arabic.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• 9–12 years in progressive HR roles, preferably in industrial/manufacturing.
• Experience as HR Business Partner or strategic HR leader.
• Strong knowledge of workforce planning, talent management and employee relations.
• Experience dealing with senior management and business leaders.
• Solid knowledge of HR policies and labor regulations.
• Excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder skills.
• Strong leadership and decisive decision-making abilities.
• Fluency in English and Arabic; HR certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders and management, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
• Develop and implement HR initiatives that support organizational growth, workforce effectiveness, and employee engagement.
• Partner with business units to identify workforce needs, organizational challenges, and talent requirements.
• Lead workforce planning, talent management, succession planning, and organizational development initiatives.
• Provide guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and HR policies and procedures.
• Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management.
• Support organizational restructuring, change management, and transformation initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence and other HR functions to deliver effective HR solutions.
• Drive a positive employee experience and contribute to building a high-performance culture.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 9–12 years of progressive HR experience, preferably within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or similar strategic HR leadership role.
• Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Experience working closely with senior management and business leaders.
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, practices, and applicable labor regulations.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent command of English and Arabic.
• Professional HR certification such as CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent is preferred.
