Position Summary

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development and drive revenue growth across Saudi Arabia. Based in Riyadh with frequent travel to Jeddah, Dammam, and other key cities, you will be responsible for expanding our market presence, managing key accounts, and converting technical specifications into sales orders in the fast-growing Saudi construction market.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets across Saudi Arabia
• Identify and secure new business opportunities with contractors, developers, and engineering firms
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and networking
• Manage and grow relationships with key accounts, distributors, and channel partners
• Develop and manage distributor networks to expand market coverage
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with engineering clients and搅拌站 (concrete batching plant) customers

Technical Specification

• Engage architects, consulting engineers, and developers to specify Oriental Yuhong products in project drawings and tender documents
• Provide professional waterproofing system solutions compliant with local Saudi (SASO) and international standards
• Collaborate with the overseas sales team to convert technical specifications into actual sales orders
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the Saudi construction chemicals sector
• Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to management

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Business, Engineering, or related fields
• 3–5+ years of overseas sales experience, preferably in building materials, construction chemicals, or waterproofing industries
• Proven track record of independently developing and managing overseas markets
• Excellent English communication skills (both oral and written); Arabic is a strong plus
• Strong business development, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Team player with strong cross-cultural communication skills

Other Requirements

• Willingness to be based in Riyadh and travel regularly within Saudi Arabia and occasionally internationally
• Familiarity with local Saudi business culture and practices
