Job summary

NAT Constructions is seeking a motivated Sales Engineer to join our Riyadh team. The ideal candidate will drive B2B sales and project-based business development within the Saudi interior finishing and construction market.

The role requires 5+ years of sales experience, strong relationships with contractors and designers, and proficient English. Based in Saudi Arabia with transferable iqama and able to join on short notice. The position is on-site in Riyadh.

• Strong understanding of the Saudi market and project sales cycle.
• Established relationships with contractors, consultants, designers, and project stakeholders.
• Strong business development, communication, negotiation, and client management skills.
• Ability to identify new opportunities, develop accounts, and follow projects from lead generation through to award.
• Currently based in Saudi Arabia.
• Transferable Iqama is required.
• Available to join within a short notice period.
• Good command of English, written and spoken.
