Job summary

Rezayat Industrial Cluster is seeking a proactive Sales & Marketing professional in Saudi Arabia to build strong client relationships across power generation, oil & gas, and petrochemical sectors. You will identify opportunities, engage clients through meetings and calls, and coordinate with proposal and contracts teams to submit timely offers.

Qualifications

• Must have 1-3 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
• Experience with ARAMCO in service sales is preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
• Ability to identify new sales opportunities and develop customer accounts.
• Ability to understand technical requirements and coordinate with technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships throughout the sales cycle and identify solution opportunities.
• Penetrate markets through meetings, calls and emails to generate new opportunities.
• Understand customer's decision-making process and present value propositions.
• Engage clients, negotiate terms and guide them towards company offerings.
• Coordinate with proposal engineers and contracts teams to ensure timely bids and smooth flow.

Responsibilities

• To be able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle, and build new connections to provide solution to all customers
• To do market penetration through customer meetings, calls, and emails looking for new sales opportunities.
• To be able to understand the customer's decision making process.
• To Interest the client in buying the company products or services, and negotiate the price.
• To attend job explanation meeting and site visit, gather technical information, discuss the SOW with the proposal engineer, technical manager, and Sales manager.
• To do Proper coordination with the proposal engineers, and divisional managers to ensure offers/bids are submitted on time.
• To do Proper coordination with the contracts administrator of his sales account to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth business flow.

Requirement
