Job summary

KinFitz & Co. in Riyadh seeks an SDR to join a KSA-based fintech startup at the ground floor. This is the first SDR hire, with direct line to the enterprise sales team and real room to grow as the business expands in KSA and beyond.

You will run outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email and phone to generate qualified meetings with e-commerce and retail brands, and align pipeline with GTM strategy.

• Experience in outbound sales and prospecting is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English is required.

Are you an SDR who is hungry to get into a high-growth fintech startup at the ground floor?

This role is with a KSA-based post-purchase infrastructure startup that has built instant refund technology for e-commerce merchants. 1 in 10 online orders takes 14 to 21 days for a customer to get their money back. They do it in under 30 seconds. Seed funded, growing fast, and now building out their commercial team to take the product to enterprise scale across KSA.

There is no SDR function in place today. This is the first hire, with a direct line into the enterprise sales team and real scope to grow as the business expands, including new products and international markets launching in the coming months.

• Base salary of SAR 7,000 to 10,000 per month depending on experience, plus performance-based commission and equity

What will you be doing?

• Running outbound prospecting across LinkedIn, email, and phone to generate qualified meetings for the enterprise sales team
• Working from a curated target account list of KSA e-commerce and retail brands
• Researching accounts, identifying the right contacts, and crafting tailored outreach
• Collaborating closely with the wider sales team to align pipeline activity with GTM strategy
• Tracking activity and pipeline in the CRM

What do you need?

• Strong outbound fundamentals and comfortable picking up the phone
• Based in Riyadh, KSA
• Bilingual Arabic and English
• Hunger and drive to build a career in sales at a fast-moving startup
• Previous SDR or sales experience is a plus, but we will back the right person over the perfect CV
