Job summary

Musco is seeking a Sales Coordinator for the Dammam, Saudi Arabia office to support a growing portfolio of projects and customer relationships.

You will manage the full project workflow from pre-sale to commissioning, coordinate deliveries, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion while maintaining strong communication with field sales and customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Communications Marketing International Studies or a technical field.
• Two or more years experience in a technical customer support role.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Self-directed within a team environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
• Occasional international travel may be needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project workflow process from planning to commissioning including preparation of specifications, pricing quotes, budgets, purchase orders, and coordinating delivery.
• Analyze, monitor, and maintain quality of information in systems to ensure accurate sales and shipment projections.
• Serve as the primary contact for Field Sales regarding company processes and policies.
• Identify issues affecting goals and take timely action to resolve them.
• Develop and maintain strong communication within the territory with contractors, engineers, vendors, and customers.
• Assist in developing policies to meet customer and project requirements and review responses to improve sales processes.
• Help facilitate billing and credit procedures as needed.

The Musco Team is excited to announce an opening for a Sales Coordinator in our growing Dammam Saudi Arabia office.

Essential Criteria

• Bachelor s degree or equivalent in Business Communications Marketing International Studies or a technical field
• Two or more years experience in a technical customer support role
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English
• Experience in a multicultural work environment preferred
• Excellent verbal written and telephone communication skills
• Self-directed within a team environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks at one time
• Detailed organized and results-driven with the ability to solve problems
• Occasional international travel may be needed
• Occasional overtime and weekend hours and hours outside of the traditional work day may be needed

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project workflow process including planning pre-sale post-sale manufacturing shipping installation and commissioning including preparation of specifications pricing quotes budget estimates obtaining purchase orders coordinating arrival of product in port and synchronizing delivery on-site so that projects are completed on time and on budget
• Analyze monitor and maintain quality of information in systems on all assigned projects to ensure communication of project details and accurate sales and shipment projections to the team
• Serve as the primary contact for Field Sales in the areas of company processes and policies
• Identify issues or problems that effect the ability to accomplish goals and take action to resolve in a timely manner
• Develop and maintain strong communication within the territory and relationships with key contractors specifiers engineers and vendors as well as the internal sales team and customers
• Assist in developing and implementing policies and procedures to deal effectively with customer and project requirements
• Review customer responses with managers with a view of improving the sales process
• Help facilitate billing and credit procedures as needed
