Responsibilities

• Manage KSA inventory requests by creating and maintaining purchase orders for Purchasing & Receiving until shipment is complete.
• Create and ensure accuracy on commercial documentation for both import and export shipments.
• Understand country requirements for shipments and prepare additional import/export documentation as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to plan import/export strategies for Musco.
• Maintain and build relationships with freight carriers.
• Support Musco's international entities with communication regarding supply of materials and project shipments.
• Manage and approve international freight invoices for all import/export shipments.
• Coordinate with freight carriers to meet Musco and customer freight requirements.
• Provide freight quotes, tracking information, and related inquiries.

The Musco Saudi Arabia Team has an opening for an Import/Export Specialist at our Dammam, Saudi Arabia office. The primary purpose of this position is to provide leadership in working with freight carriers and the manufacturing team in the development and execution of import and export operations for the KSA Manufacturing Facility. Roles and Responsibilities:
