Production Planning Coordinator

Job summary

Musco Sports Lighting, LLC is seeking a Production Planner to strengthen the planning team in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. You will create monthly production plans, coordinate with manufacturing and sales, and track project information in our system to ensure on-time delivery.

The role requires a college degree and strong English skills, with 3+ years of related experience in production planning or similar roles.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related production planning experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong English language skills, both speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Work with team to ensure project can be delivered in time.
• Be a bridge of information on projects between manufacturing and sales to ensure information are received and answered well and in time.
• Keep track of all information and communication relating to ongoing and coming projects in the company's system.
• Responsible for establishing Monthly Production Plan, update when information changes and distribute to relevant departments.
• Make sure the Monthly Production Plan is fulfilled properly.
• Responsible for accepting Production Documents and collecting relevant information for projects, such as aiming diagram, order summary, part listing by job range etc.
• Responsible for conducting Project Review/Production Document Review when Production Document is released, transfer relevant Controlled Document to relevant floor people.
• Keep track of daily productivity and evaluate production efficiency.
• Other jobs assigned by company.
