Job summary

Rosewood AMAALA is seeking a Wellness Concierge to be the first point of contact for guests at Asaya Spa, delivering a warm, refined welcome and coordinating reservations with precision and discretion.

You will personalise guest journeys, understand preferences, support revenue growth, and uphold Rosewood's luxury standards across all interactions, working closely with therapists, attendants, and hospitality operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in a luxury spa, wellness retreat, or five-star hospitality environment is required.
• Passion for wellness and creating personalised guest experiences.
• Confident and professional communication with guests and colleagues.
• Ability to manage bookings, guest information, and payments accurately in spa systems.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a luxury environment.
• Demonstrated discretion and judgement to maintain guest confidentiality and service excellence.

THE TEAM

As part of the Wellness & Spa team at Rosewood AMAALA, you will report to the Wellness Manager and play a key role in creating exceptional wellness experiences for guests and members. Working closely with therapists, movement coaches, wellness practitioners, attendants, and hotel operational teams, you will help deliver seamless, personalised service across the Asaya Spa journey.

YOUR ROLE

As Wellness Concierge, you will be the first point of contact for guests visiting Asaya Spa, creating a welcoming and refined experience from arrival through departure. This role is central to delivering Rosewood AMAALA’s luxury wellness offering, combining exceptional guest service with operational excellence, accurate reservation management, and commercial awareness. Through expert knowledge of spa services, wellness programmes, and guest preferences, you will help personalise every visit, foster guest loyalty, and support revenue growth while maintaining the highest standards of presentation, discretion, and professionalism.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Welcome guests with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, creating memorable first impressions that reflect Rosewood and Asaya standards.
• Manage spa reservations, schedules, guest profiles, vouchers, and enquiries with accuracy, discretion, and attention to detail.
• Personalise guest journeys by understanding individual preferences, recommending suitable wellness experiences, and identifying opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
• Process payments, voucher transactions, and daily reconciliations accurately while maintaining compliance with company procedures.
• Coordinate closely with wellness and operational teams to ensure all guest-facing areas are prepared, presented, and operating to the highest standards.
• Uphold all health, safety, service quality, privacy, and luxury hospitality standards while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the spa.

• You bring proven experience in a luxury spa, wellness retreat, or five-star hospitality environment, ideally in a guest-facing wellness or concierge role.
• You are passionate about wellness and enjoy creating meaningful, personalised experiences for every guest.
• You communicate confidently and professionally, building positive relationships with guests and colleagues alike.
• You are comfortable working with spa reservation and property management systems and can manage bookings, guest information, and payments accurately.
• You have a strong eye for detail, remain organised in a fast-paced environment, and confidently manage multiple priorities.
• You demonstrate discretion, sound judgement, and a commitment to maintaining the highest levels of guest confidentiality and service excellence.
