THE TEAM

As part of our Food & Beverage team, you will report to the Operations Manager of Food & Beverage and lead the day-to-day operations of a restaurant outlet. Working closely with culinary, front office, engineering, finance and service teams, you will help deliver exceptional dining experiences while maintaining the highest standards of service, quality and operational excellence.

YOUR ROLE

As an Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring service standards are consistently delivered at an exceptional level. You will lead, coach and develop a high-performing team while driving guest satisfaction, operational efficiency, financial performance and compliance with Rosewood Hotel Group, Forbes and LQA standards. This role plays a key part in creating memorable guest experiences and maintaining the reputation of the outlet as a destination of choice.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE THE PLACE

• Lead the daily operation of the outlet, ensuring all service, quality and brand standards are consistently achieved.
• Drive an exceptional guest experience by anticipating needs, resolving concerns promptly and promoting positive guest relations at every interaction.
• Manage staffing, scheduling and deployment of associates to align resources with business demands and operational priorities.
• Coach, train and develop associates through onboarding, ongoing development, performance feedback and standards-based leadership.
• Monitor revenue, labour costs, inventory levels and purchasing activities to support commercial performance and budget objectives.
• Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness, presentation, safety and operational readiness across all restaurant areas, equipment and supplies.

COULD THIS BE YOU?

• You bring proven leadership experience within luxury hospitality, food and beverage or high-end restaurant operations.
• You have a strong understanding of restaurant service standards, food and beverage operations and cost control principles.
• You are an engaging people leader who can motivate, develop and support teams to deliver outstanding results.
• You communicate confidently in English and are able to build positive relationships with guests, colleagues and stakeholders. Additional language skills are advantageous.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing attention to detail with sound judgement, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• You are comfortable working with restaurant operational systems, payroll, purchasing and point-of-sale platforms while maintaining accuracy and accountability.
