Job summary

Rosewood AMAALA, a luxury spa destination in Saudi Arabia, seeks gracious Spa Concierges for its pre-opening team. You will welcome guests, coordinate reservations, and provide in-depth information on treatments and facilities to ensure an elevated guest journey.

The role requires 2–3 years in luxury spa or five-star hospitality, strong guest-service skills, and proficiency with spa PMS platforms. English fluency is essential, additional languages are a plus, and adherence to Rosewood standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a luxury spa, wellness retreat, or five-star hospitality environment.
• Fluent in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Thai, or Mandarin) are an advantage.
• Proficient in spa booking systems or PMS platforms (e.g., Book4Time, SpaSoft, Opera).

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a serene first impression.
• Manage spa reservations, treatment scheduling, and guest preferences with attention to detail.
• Provide detailed information on spa treatments, wellness offerings, facilities, and products.
• Anticipate guest needs and personalize each experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and special requests with empathy and efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, guest profiles, and payments per Rosewood standards.
• Support therapists and spa management with daily operations and readiness of treatment rooms.
• Manage inventory of retail products and promote products aligned with guest wellness goals.
• Uphold cleanliness, organization, and presentation in spa reception and waiting areas.
• Adhere to KSA spa regulations, safety protocols, and service benchmarks.
