THE TEAM

As part of the Talent & Culture team at Rosewood Red Sea, you will report to the Cluster Director of Talent & Culture and play a key leadership role in shaping the resort’s learning, development, and performance culture. You will work closely with operational leaders, department heads, and corporate partners to ensure associates are equipped to deliver exceptional luxury hospitality experiences aligned with Rosewood values and service standards.

  • Drive succession planning and talent review processes while promoting a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and excellence.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the Talent Development team, while overseeing learning resources, budgets, systems, and development facilities.
COULD THIS BE YOU?

  • You have proven expertise in implementing and sustaining Forbes Five-Star service standards and luxury service excellence programmes.
  • You possess a strong track record of leading learning functions and influencing leaders across complex hospitality operations.
  • You are highly skilled in leadership development, performance coaching, facilitation, and stakeholder partnership.
  • You have experience designing and implementing large-scale learning initiatives, capability frameworks, and talent development strategies.
  • You are confident analysing development needs, measuring programme effectiveness, and translating insights into action.
  • You demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to inspire and engage diverse audiences.
  • You hold a degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration, Education, or a related field, with professional training or coaching certifications considered advantageous.
OUR BENEFITS

As part of our team, you’ll enjoy a thoughtfully designed benefits package that supports your wellbeing, professional growth, and life beyond work. This includes medical coverage, complimentary room nights, learning and development opportunities, and global career opportunities across Rosewood Hotel Group. Associates are also entitled to benefits and leave provisions in accordance with applicable Saudi Arabian labour laws and company policies.

OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

At Rosewood Hotel Group, your voice is heard - and valued. We’re a community that encourages associates to be themselves, not fit into a fixed culture, and this philosophy shines through in our commitments to reflect and honor the history, culture and geography of our destinations. We’re not only committed to building and nurturing genuine, long-lasting relationships but to transforming them - and our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) strategy helps put these principles into practice.
