Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking a Rooms Intern to join the Rooms team at a bold luxury resort on the Red Sea coast. This internship offers hands-on exposure to luxury hospitality and guest relations, with opportunities to learn across Front Office and Rooms operations.

You'll gain practical experience in delivering exceptional service, while developing your guest service skills within a vibrant, multicultural environment dedicated to creating extraordinary moments.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
• Passion for hospitality and guest experiences.
• Positive attitude, curiosity and willingness to learn.
• Strong English communication; Arabic is an asset.
• A bold, playful and extraordinary spirit of SLS.
• A team player in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts.
• Previous hospitality experience is an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and the signature SLS personality.
• Gain hands-on experience across Front Office, Guest Relations and Rooms operations.
• Support daily operations including check-ins and check-outs.
• Learn and embrace SLS brand standards while bringing your own creativity.
• Develop understanding of guest preferences and resort facilities.
• Assist in delivering seamless guest experiences and extraordinary moments.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments for smooth operations.
• Maintain high grooming, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Participate in training and development opportunities throughout the internship.
