Job summary

SLS The Red Sea is seeking an enthusiastic Food & Beverage Intern to join our luxury resort team in Saudi Arabia. You will gain hands-on experience across dining outlets, work with a dynamic F&B team and learn the art of delivering exceptional hospitality with an unmistakable SLS flair.

Ideal candidates are hospitality students currently pursuing a diploma or degree, with strong English communication and a willingness to learn in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing hospitality-related diploma/degree.
• Strong English communication.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with warmth and the SLS personality.
• Gain hands-on experience across restaurants, bars, in-room dining and other F&B outlets.
• Support daily service operations, including restaurant prep, table settings, order taking and service.
• Learn and embrace SLS brand standards while adding personality to guest interactions.
• Develop knowledge of menus, ingredients, beverages and service techniques.
• Assist the team in delivering seamless service and anticipating guest needs.
• Understand restaurant operations, service sequences, hygiene standards and food safety practices.
• Collaborate with Culinary and other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain high grooming, professionalism, cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Participate in training, development and learning opportunities during the internship.
