SLS The Red Sea is seeking enthusiastic Rooms Interns to join its bold luxury resort. This is an exciting chance for hospitality students to gain hands-on experience in a world-class setting and discover the art of delivering extraordinary guest experiences with SLS flair.

Work alongside the Rooms team to learn operations across Front Office, Guest Relations and more, while developing guest service skills in a dynamic, multicultural environment on the Red Sea coast.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or related field.
• Demonstrated passion for hospitality, guest relations, and delivering exceptional experiences.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a luxury resort environment.

Responsabilités

• Welcome guests with warmth and the SLS signature personality.
• Gain hands-on experience across Front Office, Guest Relations, and Rooms operations.
• Support daily operations including check-ins, check-outs, and guest inquiries.
• Learn SLS brand standards while bringing your own personality to interactions.
• Develop understanding of guest preferences and resort facilities to deliver personalized service.
• Assist in delivering seamless guest experiences and create memorable moments.
• Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, professionalism, and attention to detail.
• Participate in training and development opportunities throughout the internship.

We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate and ambitious Rooms Internto join our team at SLS The Red Sea, where bold personalities, playful luxury and extraordinary experiences come together.

This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality students looking to kick-start their careers, gain hands‑on experience in a luxury lifestyle resort and discover the world of hospitality with an unmistakable SLS flair.

Working alongside our talented Rooms team, you'll gain valuable exposure to resort operations, develop your guest service skills and learn what it takes to deliver exceptional experiences in one of Saudi Arabia's most exciting luxury destinations.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome guests with warmth, confidence and the signature SLS personality, creating memorable first and last impressions.
• Gain hands‑on experience across Front Office, Guest Relations and other Rooms operations, depending on departmental requirements.
• Support daily operations, including guest check‑ins, check‑outs, enquiries and special requests.
• Learn and embrace SLS brand standards while bringing your own personality and creativity to every interaction.
• Develop an understanding of guest preferences, resort facilities and personalised luxury service.
• Assist the team in delivering seamless guest experiences and creating extraordinary moments.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service.
• Maintain high standards of grooming, professionalism and attention to detail.
• Actively participate in training, development and learning opportunities throughout your internship.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Tourism or a related field.
• A genuine passion for hospitality, guest relations & creating exceptional guest experiences.
• A positive attitude, natural curiosity & willingness to learn.
• Strong communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic would be an asset.
• A personality that reflects the bold, playful and extraordinary spirit of SLS.
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail & a commitment to excellent service.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts in line with hotel operations.
